The most important strengthening training anyone can do is just make sure their body is in alignment. Because when their body’s not in alignment, that’s when you got weaknesses, and some muscles are under-used and some are over-used, and some are short, some are tight. It’s a really good idea to go to a professional, because that’s something where someone can tell if they’re out of alignment. Or you can try yourself by going and standing in front of a mirror with your shirt off and having a look at your body how it bends and twists. And if one shoulder is lower than the other, or your feet splayed out, there are so many signs if you’re body is out of alignment. One of the best examples that your body’s out of alignment is you’ve got pain: shoulder pain, beck pain. If your body’d in alignment, you should be pain free.
